How do I apply for an apartment?

Check out our floor plans page and click yellow ‘apply online’ button. It is that easy!


Do I have assigned parking?

Nope! At Chapel Walk we make parking easy! No monthly fees, no parking lots specifically for your guests, no special decals, no hassle!


Can I pay rent with a credit card?

Absolutely! You have the option of paying with your credit card straight through our website! Just log on to your tenant portal from your apartment, class, vacation destination or anywhere else in the world and pay your rent with just a few short clicks!


How do I pay my rent?

At Chapel Walk it is so easy to pay your rent! All you need to do is log on to your tenant portal which is accessed straight through our website tenant portal. From there you will be able to pay by check (FEE FREE), credit card or set-up your account for auto-pay for your convenience!You may also pay by cashier’s check or money order at the Chapel Walk office!


Where is recycling?

The recycling area is at each dumpster location. There are 3 locations on the property. Simple place your recyclables, bottle, cans, cardboard boxes etc. in the recycling center to be picked up!


Who replaces my burned out light bulbs?

We do! Just call the office at 336-375-9802 and our amazing maintenance staff will be right down to take care of our light bulbs or any other maintenance questions you may have! The bulbs are $3 a piece to replace or you may buy them and we can install them for you!
